Twin Echo

Artist 2 Booking
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Once you agree to a booking with Twin Echo, we will send a formal contract detailing all event information and pricing. The booking is confirmed once the contract is signed and a 20% deposit is received, with the balance for the act being paid pre or on the day of the booking. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The full balance is due prior to the event, and if the balance is not received by the specified time, the booking may be canceled, with the deposit forfeited. The artist/entertainer is responsible for their performance, equipment safety, and punctuality. They must adhere to the event’s schedule and dress code as outlined in the contract. The artist should report to the venue manager upon arrival. Artists who require sound systems, lighting, or other technical equipment must ensure these are provided unless otherwise agreed in the contract. If specific equipment is needed (e.g., PA system, musical backing), it is the artist's responsibility unless otherwise stated. The artist/entertainer must ensure they have valid public liability insurance and that their equipment is PAT tested. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellations If a cancellation is made well in advance of the event, the client will receive a refund of the booking fee, minus the deposit. Cancellations closer to the event will result in the loss of the deposit, and the client will be responsible for paying a portion of the booking fee as a cancellation charge. Artist Cancellations If the artist is unable to perform due to illness, an emergency, or another unforeseen circumstance, Twin Echo will attempt to provide a suitable replacement. If no replacement is found, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made. Twin Echo will notify the client as soon as possible if an artist is unavailable. Force Majeure Neither party will be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, such as extreme weather, illness, or government restrictions. In these cases, both parties will work together to reschedule the event. Waitlist Policy If an artist is unavailable on your desired date, clients can choose to be placed on a waitlist. Twin Echo will notify clients immediately if the artist becomes available or if another suitable artist is found. Once a waitlisted booking is confirmed, the client will need to complete the booking process, including the deposit payment, to finalize the arrangement.
